Dyma ddrama-ddogfen arloesol mewn lliw am gyfnod yr ail ryfel byd gyda Masachlongwyr a phobl leolyn cymryd rhan. Western Approaches, a pioneering colour wartime drama-documentary by the Crown Film Unit, was filmed here in 1944 using serving merchant seamen and local people as extras.
