Old Nursery School. The Nursery School was founded in 1908. This building was opened in 1932 and closed in 1988. The design is based on Montessori principles. Furniture and fittings were made to suit children's needs. The verandah and garden provided fresh air and light. On this site also stood women's hostels 1856 - 1929.
