The William Coppin. These licensed premises are situated on or near the long-standing Pan Foundry and named after William Coppin, who lived in the late 16th century. He built the original 'Coppins Bridge', commemorated by the name of this retail & leisure park and nearby roundabout. The William Coppin, was refurbished by J D Wetherspoon in October 2009.
