현충탑

이 현충탑은 나라가 위험에 처해 있을 때 겨레를 위해 목숨을 바치신 순국선열과 호국영령들의 거룩한 희생을 기리고 자유수호를 위한 선열들의 애국과 희생정신을 후대에 전하고자 1988년 8월에 시민의 뜻을 모아 건립하였다. 광명시에서는 매년 6월 6일 현충일 추모행사를 이곳에서 거행하고 있다.
