Winifred Cullis

Winifred Cullis (1875-1956) CBE Physiologist Sophia Jex-Blake Chair of Physiology, University of London from 1926-1941 A pioneer of modern physiological research and in 1919 the first woman to hold a UK university Chair in Physiology as Head of Department at this Medical school.
