Arbutus Unedo Strawberry Tree Planted in 2014 to celebrate local High Streets. The strawberry tree features on a wallpaper printed by the William Morris Company. Native to the Mediterranean Region it is also found in southern Ireland. The name unedo can be explained as "I eat one", referring to the bitter and mealy taste of the fruit.
