Phyllis Harper 1948- Butcher and 'Queen of Highgate' she has lived above and run the Highgate Butchers for 44 years. Considered a local institution for the home-made sausages, village gossip and Phyllis' banter. She would like to thank her customers for their loyal support over the years.
