Red Dwarf

This science fiction miniseries, known as Red Dwarf IX, brought the beloved British sitcom back to television screens after a decade-long absence. It aired on the Dave channel in April 2009, with subsequent DVD and Blu-ray releases later that year. The narrative centres on Dave Lister, depicted as the sole survivor of a spaceship disaster and the last of humanity millions of years in the future. He is joined by his holographic superior Arnold Rimmer, a genetically evolved feline called Cat, and the service mechanoid Kryten. Their adventures take them to Earth in what appears to be the year 2009, where they encounter a surprising revelation about their own existence.
