Enrique Caballero Orrego. Designado en 1993 al Grupo Aéreo Nº 11 de Talara, se calificó como piloto del Su-22. Derribado por un misil antiaéreo el 10 de febrero de 1995 tras una misión en la Guerra del Cenepa. Ascendido póstumamente de Mayor a Comandante.
