Inter Arma Caritas This building was used as a hospital for sick and wounded soldiers during the great war. It was manned by Gloucestershire Voluntary Aid Detachments Nos 38 & 60 and was open from 21 Oct, 1914 to 29 Mar, 1919 during which period 4822 cases were treated
