Blaydon Races "We flew across theChain Bridge reet into Blaydon toon, The bellman he was callin' there-they call him Jackey Broon." John Brown, the Blaydon bellman lived near here in Wesley Place. He died in 1901 aged 82 and is buried in Blaydon cemetery.
