The Old Bakery Originally an open medieval hall house, the steep-roofed rear section dates from the 16th century or earlier. A cross-wing was added later and, in the 17th century, the three gabled front sections. The decorated plasterwork is called pargeting - hence the surname Pargeter. Grade II listed
