In Memory of all who lost their lives at the Winter Hill Air Disaster 27th February 1958. And grateful thanks to the people of Horwich and Bolton for their magnificent support. Erected by his Worship the Mayor of Douglas Isle of Man. F. Kennish (survivor) and the survivors, families and friends of all who died "somewhere round the corner all is well"
