Charles Kingsley

Charles Kingsley (1819-1875) Writer & Clergyman. Canon of Chester Cathedral 1870-73. Author of The Water Babies. Founder and first President of the Chester Natural Sciences Society which founded the Grosvenor Museum in 1885.
