Photograph at the Blue plaque № 67887 blue plaque

This plaque commemorates 750 years since the first known recorded mention of The Hospital of St Bartholomew in Hythe in 1274. Now combined in this building with the town's other ancient Almshouse of The Hospital of St John, it continues to provide accommodation and support for local people. Sponsored by Lawrence & Co, associated with the Charity for 200 years 2024.
