This feature was opened 30th April 2001 by the Chairman of Warwick District Council Councillor Joseph Short and the Mayor of Kenilworth Councillor Graham Windybank to celebrate the millenium The works were designed by Warwick District Council and constructed by WARCO with the help of Kenilworth Town Council Grevayne Properties Ltd and the people and businesses of Kenilworth
