Photograph at the 13-15 Atherton Street red plaque

13-15 Atherton Street/Built 1770 - 1790, these houses had front doors on a central shared passageway, rather than on the street. They were probably the homes and workshops of watch and toolmakers. Repaired and restored in 2018 by the Prescot Townscape Initiative.
