Stone plaque № 51329

This building constructed in 1991 by the Scottish Life Assurance Company retains the façade of the 1888 depot and powerhouse of the Edinburgh Northern Tramways Company. Cable trams from this depot ran from Princes Street to Goldenacre and Stockbridge until 1920.
